Fantastic photos, congratulations to all. I voted for the one showing seemingly intact nature (though they are having their issues with their lavender in South France, too), as we are seeing too many dead trees here in Germany lately.

Is there a more faithful and loving being than a dog? Well, here is our Perro de Agua Espanol - a Spanish Waterdog - as a puppy five years ago, and boy, has this become an eternal love! Hope you like the photo - it is still one of our favourite.

Blue Morning Coffee

Just using the in-camera post-processing filters the Pentax KP has to offer, with a little boosting of the contrasts and the saturation in Aperture, I took this little shot of my morning coffee - just not to miss out on the June contest ; ).

That blue coffee is surprisingly delicious, by the way. Hope you like the picture.
Cheers.

A flower that blooms in our garden from March through mid-May - das Tränende Herz - the weeping heart. I believe it's called "Bleeding Heart" in English, though.

K-1, black screen and green coloured picture

Hi there,
I had or still might have the same issue with my K5II. It all began with green and purple lines covering the photos at high ISOs, then the whole picture would be covered with a green glare, the camera not saving the file. When all this started to happen even at low ISOs, I declared the camera dead, as I attributed the problem to the camera's sensor and replacing that would cost more than replacing the whole thing. After a few months I got curious whether the issue would occur when capturing a movie, so I set the dial, captured a short clip and bingo: the camera takes photos without an issue now - even at ISOs above 6400. Although… to be honest, I saw the stripes in two of the pictures I shot yesterday. But the camera is working normally again. Maybe I'll reinstall the firmware and see if that does any good.

I've uploaded one of those pictures. Don't judge on the artistic quality - I was just playing around with the camera ;)
Bests
Hugo
