Well, I was able to get that door from a shop in Hamburg - the only one selling Pentax spare parts here in Germany. But if you're based in the US, you might find it easier to find a shop over there. However, I never really fixed the issue and the spare-door is still unused. I was not able to figure out how to replace the door without fully de-mounting the whole camera body - which is something I would rather leave to experts than do it myself. :(

Okay, thanks to all replies so far. This fits quite well with my observations. The screw below the slot didn‘t move anything. Removing the bottom part of the camera didn‘t give me access to the bolt. And I also removed any screws I found for the top cover, but it didn‘t move at all. So there are either screws covered somewhere or I just couldn‘t figure out how to do it.
A few repair videos for K5 show that the bolt should be free when the top cover is removed. Then I should be able to pull it out, replace the card slot cover and push it back in. But as said, I can‘t figure out how to remove the top part of the camera.

Thanks. Tape would do, but would not be the best option. Therefore, I already have the sparepart and would like to use it. ;)

Does anyone know how to repair/replace the SD Card slot cover of my K3 II? The plastic cover broke and there‘s no way to glue it. I got a replacement part, but can‘t figure out how to do that. There‘s a metal bolt holding the plastic cover, but it seems like the body cover needs to be opened. Is that true? If so, can I just open the upper cover somehow?
Thx
