Purchased the Sigma 15mm 2.8 EX DG Fisheye.
No regrets, versatile, creative, sharp little lens, though an old lens for modern standards it is a great addition to my gear and works wonderfully well together with the K-1. Only have it for a couple of days now and have not yet had the chance to use at an indoor music event but i'm pretty shure it will do just fine.
Don't be put off by reviews about less sharpness in corners, CA or whatever, just enjoy the lens and it will reward you wth great pics.
And the price was right too haha; 50% off.

Couldn't find the specs of theTurnStyle at first i thought, but they are rirght there on their site. And the Turnstyle's inner height is a bit bigger 9.3” W x 17.3” H x 5.4” D (23.5 x 44 x 13.7 cm) against 9.4 x 14.2 x 5.5" / 24 x 36 x 14 cm.
But to me the ThinkTank tapers mutch more than the Mindshift. I 'll have a look at them in store soon.

@bdery: Is the Think Tank Turnstyle 20 the equivalent of the MindShift PhotoCross 13? Or are they just two different sling bags? The Turnstyle seems a bit bigger?

btw i use a small CaseLogic Sling at the moment. That's what i used before i bought the big stuff. Nice little sling, compact, great for a small DSLR and 2 or 3 smaller lenses. Even the K1 with 70-200 + 24-70 fits. Much to tight though.

Thanks @bdery, read your review thanks. Nice one. Would the mesh pocket hold a lens like the 24-70 you think when in a neoprene pouch? No other possiblities to attach a separate pouch to this bag like for instance the Kata Lightri 315 DL (which is no longer available)? I especially like the fact that it just looks like a normal backpack (For obvious reasons) ---------- Post added 08-29-18 at 07:42 AM ----------
Thanks maxs. Seems to do the trick. A bit 'bulky' but i guess that's the trade-off. This bag however is no longer available i'm afraid.

This thread hasn't been updated for quite a while now.
It's August 2018 by now and i wonder if anyone has new input on the matter.
I Also am trying to find my way in camara bas land and a sling would be great because of the speed of access to my gear.
So i would like to know if anyone here has new input / views. I would like to fit in at least my K1 with 70-200 attached and the 15-30 or 24-70 (or better still both)
The Mindshift PhotoCross 13 comes to mind but i fear its just a bit to small. Anyone have experience with this sling?

Thanks for the replies. Not all of them were relevant to me and or were answers to my question but thanks anyway. Don't know how to put a lock on this thread but to me it's closed. Thanks again.

I own the K-1 for over a year now.
I would like to see myself as a advanced photographer and can produce great results with the K-1.
But i also feel like i haven't used half of it's potential yet. Maybe it's because i don't need it but more likely because i don't know all of it's possibilities.
On the forum i read stuff i didn''t know of before so the forum is a good start.
I gues what i miss is a single resource, beeing book or website, where i can read about the hidden secrets of the K-1 aswell as all tips and tricks on how to get the most out of the K-1.
Bits and peaces are scattered all over the internet but i can't find a single resource that covers it all.
So does anyone have suggestions on the matter.
Would appreciate it very much, thanks!

I just got myself a batterygrip D-BG6. But when mounted nothing happened after switching on. But after i switched the camera on aswell everything works just fine. Is it naive to assume that when i mount a batterygrip, the switch on that grip switches both the camera and the grip on? To me that would be quite logical but i guess it's not? Why?

Thanks mcgregni. I hoped to see some shots here myself but i guess there ar not many that use the little one on the big one. Although i agree it'll not be the perfect match, i still like to see some results with it.

Thanks Bill for sharing. What a nice family shot. I'll be using it when up close to athletes at about 6-9 feet, for example inside corner when cyclists pass. I'll give it a go in the coming weeks.

I have a Black Rapid slingstrap (double) But sometimes it’s just anoyng to have your camera ‘bouncing’ around when running around at sports events. So i decided to get one of those clips to carry your camera attached to your belt. I’ve been using it with K-1/70-200 and in many cases found it very comfortable. Added value is the ease of changing lenses with a clip like that. There are some drawbacks bat i guess there is no one solution for all situations.
