I have only 8el but I would love to change elements one by one besides the extra one. 1 rear, 3 front look the same

The scheme of the lens is the same so why not take what is the best from s-m-c (front) with what’s the best in 8el?

Hi,
my primotar has fungus in rear element. How difficult is to disassemble the lens to get to the rear element? There are 3 screw that center the rear element and from what I heard was DO NOT TOUCH THEM because it’s almost impossible to center the rear element on your own :-)
help?
