Just pulled the K5ii from the bag to see what you all mean. I listened to its shutter intently. My Fujifilm is mirrorless, so the electronic beep it makes is not very relevant. I dug the old Olympus 35mm (from 1982) out of the closet, and listened to it. Lordy. It's 2-3 times as loud as the k5, and at the tail end of the sound it reverberates so much you can feel the body shake. Yet, I don't really remember it that way. Never really paid any attention.
But yes, the K5 sound is low frequency definitely.
