Hello everyone!
Thanks for all the great submissions. My first choice is Cipher for the minimalistic "Bench with Gloves". I really like the muted coloring and how the texture of the bench plays off the wall.
A close second was Titia for getting stuck between furniture - we've all been there :-)
Great job everyone!!!!

Hey everyone,
Sorry this is so late, been traveling for work and no time for fun.
So, my GF and I have just started watching Game of Thrones (yeah, we're a little behind the times) so this months inspiration comes from the Iron Throne itself. While a seemly boring subject in most households, maybe we can get a little creative!!!
Rules:
1. Always have fun!
2. Cameras:
No cameras with sensors larger than 1" (some exceptions below).
No large format or camera typically requiring a tripod to use.
No interchangeable lens cameras (some exceptions below).
No 35mm (D)SLRs or any camera weighing over 1kg.
Cameras permitted (cameras listed as acceptable here supersede rules above):
Mobile phones, old and new, iPods, tablets, toy cameras.
Fixed-lens 35mm and smaller-format film and digital cameras (Fuji X100 and GR OK).
Interchangeable or fixed-lens 110film SLRs and Pentax Q.
ANY CAMERA BRAND ALLOWED.
3. Entries will close September 30, 2018 midnight EDT.
4. Maximum image dimensions are 1024x768 (ish) pixels.
5. List camera brand and model with entry for all to see, and exposure data would be nice.
6. No restrictions on when the entries were taken.
7. Contest winner determines the rules, selects theme, sets closing date and judges the next competition.
8. Enter up to three images, however you may change your entries as many times as you like up to the contest closing date/time.
9. Please indicate in some way where the photo was taken, what places you there, etc.
Here's a little inspiration of a deck chair, shot on a very foggy New Years Eve morning in Kansas! Good Luck :)

Same phone and OS but ImageSync won't even start, it just crashes saying "ImageSync keeps stopping". This app could certainly use some love.

It's been so smoky from all the wildfires in the West, decided to try and use it to my advantage.

Take the Casco Bay Lines mail boat run in Portland. Great, inexpensive way to tour the harbor and get out on the water for a few hours.
In Old Orchard, if you're in the mood for pizza for lunch (and assuming it's still there), check out Bill's Pizza!
On your Rt 1 tour, if your looking for some of the best lobster around - Nunan's Lobster Hut in Cape Porpoise.
Gritty's Brewery in Old Port Portland is a great place for beer and the fish-n-chips are amazing.
Or for a really top-notch dinner, check out Four Street, also in Old Port Portland.
And anywhere in the area, make sure to hit up Amato's for a classic Italian sub (the original is just a few blocks from Old Port).
I know LL Bean is an institution and should be on the bucket list, but it's painful to visit due to the crowds and traffic. You're better off stopping in Yarmouth (on the Royal River) or heading up to Bath Iron Works (shipbuilding), both have great photo ops.
Have fun!

I recently got the 70-200 for my K-S2 and highly recommend it, you will not be disappointed! I'm also planning on the full-frame upgrade at some point which did influence my decision.

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone. Hope I can engage in the forum more, since joining work has been too much, especially for summer! Here are my first two pics. These are from the Strawberry full moon back in June. To the East, the full moon rise and to the West, awesome sunset.
