My application is Lightroom CC, with the latest updates, thus I assume it should have everything it needs for identifying older lenses, shouldn't it?

Recently I added the Sigma-lenses 35 f/1.4 Art, 50 f/1.4 and 85 f/1.4 to my collection, to be used on a K-50. They work perfect (AF could be better, but that's another problem), but afterwards I notice that the latter two lenses report wrong EXIF-data to the camera. While the 50 mm-lens is reported to be a 70-200 EX DG Macro HSM, the 85 mm lens is simply reported as unknown lens.
This is quite annoying. Therefore I was wondering if there are any solutions for that to get the lenses to report the correct data (again)?
Thanks!

Would fit if they want to place it as a sports/action camera

Let's hope that, especially if Pentax is not able to deliver lenses for the full range of focal lengths/aperture openings one might want to use.

Makes sense, yes. Do you get several pictures from the camera which then have to be processed in Lightroom, or a single picture which still has to be improved (can not check it, my camera does not support pixelshift...)?

I.e. that ability is coupled to having IBIS? How do other cameras clean the sensor then (or do they rely on the user for that)?

How should that be implemented? As far as I understand pixelshift, the resolution is improved by moving the sensor just a small amount (< than the distance between the pixels), something which can not be done in software.

Don't most cameras have that functionality? Why would you need such a blow-function then?

Then the current status is "We develop a new camera", announcement will be "We developed the K-, and will release it in ", and release will be next year?

The camera has been announced already, so... (or did I misunderstand something here?)

How can you conclude from the protocol to the model number? Features yes, but not release date and model number.

Not sure if it would make sense to change the name of the body at that stage of development, especially if they do not want to be overrun with orders at launch (and then have to ramp up production, instead of producing bodies already now)

Wouldn't it be enough to create a faraday cage around the camera body (including some shielding at the lens mount)? That should not add to much weight to the camera, just a thin metal sheet... ---------- Post added 11-03-19 at 06:14 AM ----------
Maybe by moving the sensor forward and backward, instead of the lens, for small movements?

Wouldn't that work like with old Pentax-Lenses? Those are still compatible to the current bodies, and I highly doubt that Pentax will remove that compatibility in the future.

Did that, with mixed results. Still, the most surprising result was the fact that it could track objects even when it got darker, but could not reaquire focus on brighter subjects again until it found something useful.

Not necessarily, also in AF-S. The camera has no problems finding a good focus again after a sufficient focus was aquired, but as soon as I move to another object, it has to do the full aquisition procedure again. ---------- Post added 10-13-19 at 11:45 PM ----------
I tried to avoid that, to not to disturb the people too much.
