Originally built in the late 7th century and in 1309, converted to the fortress with major modifications that you can see today. :)

What do you think about the tones and and contrast of this image? While I think it's a fine image, I always struggle with the BW images in PP.

Great idea - gives me an excuse to show pics from the mid 80s, with ASA400 film I've long forgotten, the Oly OM2s and the Tamron 35-80 SP... Some of the best pictures I've ever taken were from that time.
Most of these are scans of prints...
