only know K-1 use imx094,Imx094 is the last generation public version of cmos provided by Sony before 2019.
KP K70 GR3 cmos never know .maybe one of IMX 210/310/410
I think k-new will use imx571 with great probability. Pentax has already purchased this cmos (without pdaf). Of course, if pentax use 32mp or 42mp, latter two are indeed options that Sony Semiconductor can provide.But I don't think the current 32mp and 42mp output speed is enough to support a sports machine.

if pentax buy slvs-ec ， using readmode 0-a 16bit only 6.86fps 0-b14bit 16fps this is limited by chip，not shutter
If k-new have 16bit mode it should be limited at about 7fps
xt-3 not pay for slve-ec so they cant use 16bit and full adc mode.
