A Pentax F5P flash cable and a hotshoe adapter FG for off camera flash. No built-in flash means the camera can't be used as a control flash.

I had tried the Canadian and UK websites as well, but couldn't find the PDB there either. So I sent an email via PentaxImaging.com's support page and received the following reply plus the PDF of the manual. Good customer support there, but they didn't mention if the content would ever be put back.

Yes, we have a new Web site and links to several of the documents for older products have been removed. I have located the document you need and have attached it to this email. It contains information on both the 600mm f4 and the 250-600mm f5.6 lenses.

The Pentax Imaging website used to have all their manuals in PDF form for the FA lenses. However all the links I had now return http 404 errors. Were they archived anyware before Pentax took them down?
Specifically I'm looking for the file smc_f_600mmf4_ed(if)_zoom_250-600_f5.6_ed(if)_lenses.pdf
