Thanks to all! I think for now I will just go with a sync cord and when I am ready for more advanced flash options I will use the info in this thread.

Hi, I am new to the DSLR world and have purchased a K-70 and an AF360FGZ II flash.
I would like to use the external flash off-camera, but I can't figure out how to do it on my K-70. I don't think the K-70 has a wireless flash function.
I am looking to just use the flash off camera, not paired with the built-in flash.
Can I do this wirelessly with the K-70? Do I need a sync cord?
Any help will be much appreciated.
