Colour depth is part if detail, surely? And you cannot get that back if you expose to the left. And ETTR is not aboutblowing highlights - obviously you cannot get that back.

Hmm. I'll have another look. Bit on the from of the 50/1.7 there are two small screw sizes and the 00 is too big.

Just wanted to mention this app as it's the best I've found for sending images from your DSLR to your phone. Beats all the other apps imo.

The problem has been solved. Today I had a proper look at the lens and noticed the front element was moving when I wobbled the lens. So I got a rubber band to use as a grip and turned the ring surrounding the front element until it stopped turning. Now there is no rattle.

Look at it this way. There's always deadlines for new products. Fuji add new features to products they have already released. Some other camera companies would just save those features for the next model...

I got a refund from the eBay seller and got to keep both lenses so I'm going to take them apart myself and clean them.

Really enjoying taking photos with it. So far I have purchased a Pentax-M SMC 50mm f1.7 and a Pentax-A SMC 28mm f2.8
What other lenses do you recommend at low prices?
