I decided to get an 07 Shield Lens after seeing all of the 07 "bold monochrome" images that have been posted here. I'm already thinking about buying a second one to modify for infinity focus.

Mine looks similar to the #2 posted above, except for the external grooves and branding are different. Purchased in January 2017 for $5.69 from eBay seller "rainbowimaging". They currently have a slightly different one listed for $5.99 w/ free shipping from New York (Link).
