How to claim your Free Lens - RICOH IMAGING - European Hub Site

In order to obtain the Free Lens Promotion :
1. Purchase the products eligible to the offer listed below between February 1, 2020 and March 31, 2020 included;

- Copy or scan of the proof of purchase. This must be in the form of a legible copy of the purchase receipt or the invoice (clearly showing the product name AND date of purchase). An online order confirmation is NOT acceptable as proof of purchase.
- Copy or scan of the barcode printed on the box. This is the number composed of 12 or 13 digits starting with 027075 or 0027075.
- Picture of the Serial Number, which can be found at the bottom of the camera (composed of 7 digits clearly visible).
4. Upon reception and validation of the Registration Form including supporting documents, you will receive within a delay of maximum four weeks a voucher code with a validity of 6 weeks to claim your Free Lens on the Ricoh Imaging website. You will need a Ricoh Imaging account to submit the Claim - if you do not already have an account, you will be required to create an account.
5. Claims may only be submitted after thirty (30) days from the date of purchase of the relevant product(s). Claims submitted before this period will be rejected. The Claim submission closes on June 1, 2020 midnight (CET).
6. If you wish to make an enquiry regarding your claim, please contact the Ricoh Imaging Support Centre for assistance.

Pretty sure it's a reverse adapter 49/52mm as per the lower circled item for greater magnification. I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong. Ordered one a few days ago from eBay but hasn't arrived yet - £8 Inc p&p

It went down as far as £489.65. That's when I pulled the trigger. Unfortunately Storm Ciara rolled in last weekend so haven't had chance to use it yet

Interesting that though mirrorless cameras are apparently easier to make (and I'm assuming a reduced production cost) that the value is almost double that of DSLRs despite only an addition 16K units shipping. Those Sony A series cameras are way overpriced. A bit nuts that you can get either a FF A7 or A7ii for less than the price of some of said APS-C A series.

Hi Lidy. Same thing happened to me when I joined. Go to 'My Account', then 'Edit Options', scroll to 'Default Thread Subscription Mode' and go to 'Do Not Subscibe'. That should do it. You'll then need to remove the unwanted threads from your list via 'Subscribed Threads'.

Thanks for the report and pics of the day's events. I can appreciate the 'not going mirrorless' route. Unless Pentax could come up with something that eg Sony (who are probably the market leaders) haven't done already and match or excel their other features it's a pointless task epecially given the resources that Sony seem to have. Then again, I guess, all brands are feeling the 'Sony' effect in the marketplace.
