I believe there are may options to choose from.. If you are buying new, I would for for 35 f2.4 AL mentioned above by password1234, Its a great lens with nice rendition. If you going for used ones we have lots of manual focus primes. if you need autofocus then we have 35 Macro, and 40 mm limited. I used both 35 macro and 40 and I would go for 40 and have a dedicated 100mm macro if I need lifelike reproduction. I bought good condition 40mm limited (HD Version) for €180. I had to adjust af fine tuning to +10 to get sharp photos at f2.8. Otherwise the lens is so good given the price
