It varies - I like to change things around both K mount and M42 mount - so I have to be honest and say, "none."
But if there was one that was probably on the most - it would be my 43mm Ltd on Pentax KP

OK GUYS - I HAVE FOUND THE REASON - AND I FEEL SO SILLY!
i have been shooting a lot of manual lenses in the past 6 months - some are M42 and some are these SMC M lenses... Turns out I have been shooting the SMC M lenses wide open all the time! They all work as you say - i've just tested them again and they're all working EXACTLY AS YOU SAY THEY SHOULD - and I feel pretty silly.
I think I didn't notice for 2 reasons
(1) I tend to shoot wide open a lot - and so just set the aperture ring to wide open - hence no issue
(2) I have shot a lot of M42 lenses (much more than these SMC M lenses) - and so of course, the aperture ring works manually on all M42 lenses all the time
So I haven't noticed how these SMC M lenses worked differently.
VERY SORRY FOR WASTING YOUR TIME - BUT THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE - AND I HAVE LEARNED SOME REALLY GREAT INFORMATION ABOUT HOW TO USE THESE LENSES.
I have to say - I have been using Pentax SLR and DSLR for years - but only got back into pentax manual lenses in the past 12 months. I love these forums.

I have to agree with this. I'm currently enjoying my KP but thinking about the K1 mk3 in the future... here's hoping!

OK guys - posting this for 2 reasons
(1) first post - want to begin adding extra stuff
(2) show you my first messing about with Cosina 100mm f3.5 macro... and wondered if anyone had any advice on getting good oil on water shots.
