Hello.
In some german forums, I noticed some posts about the appearance of dust in the GR III in the last months. In all the cases, the "dust removal" didn't the job to shake if off the sensor.
The GR III had to be returned to ricoh for cleaning.
Did anyone here with a GR III does or did have the same problems till now?
Regards

Hello.
In the times of planned obsolescence and transience I would like to know, how long your ricoh did live before they broke or before you gave them away.
I know of course, that in the case of the gr III this question is more theoretically - now. But I think of this thread for longer.
As I heard, a lot of dslr have a lifespan of 100000 to 150000 shots (planned), but compact cameras are not so durable.
Can you tell your experiences in this case about the gr - versions?

I had the fuji xf10 and the photos were not even as sharp as the photos, i took with the gr II. Also the handling ist completely different and the "philosophy" behind the fuji ist another.

Hello there
Which case could you recommend for the gr III.
There are few pictures and infos about the gc-9 and gc-10 and I saw no pictures with the gr III inside.
Which (better?) alternatives are there?

Thanks. In the video, there is nothing about dust, or did I miss something?!

Hello.
I had a ricoh gr II and got dust on the sensor even though I used the original ricoh case for the gr II.
I waited long for a dust proof new version. But now the gr III ist a lot more expensive version and also lacks the flash.
I had one for a week to test. I did like the menu structure of the gr II more and the missing flash is a big minus, I think.
But most, I would like to know, if someone here already has or had dust on her/his GR III?
Are these issues already there?
