Thought I'd post a couple from some of my favorite lenses.
The portrait is with the SMC M135/3.5.
The sky shot is SMC M 85/2.
Both shots taken with a Pentax ME. Film type forgotten.

This is from a lake somewhere in Baden Wuerttemberg a few years ago. That's my boy taken with a Pentax ME and a M135 3.5. I love this lens for portraits. It's so small and easy to use. I have taken most of my best portraits with it, even more than my M 85 2.0. I was in Udine, Italy a couple of weeks ago and shot this portrait there of some Doctors without Borders representatives. They were very lively Italian women and I had fun talking with them. It sort of ties in with the times since this was close to ground zero (over two weeks now, no Covid 19 symptoms!) I took this with a Pentax MX and a 35 M 2.8.I can't remember which film stock I had in the camera, but probably Portra 400. I didn't nail the focus, but it's still ok. The kid in the background saw my camera and started talking me up about the old Praktica he got handed down to him by his dad. .[url="https://www.pentaxforums.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=489819"]

I'm American living here, non military. Married one of the locals. I've been meaning to join now and then, but always been a lurker. I wanted to write a review on a lens I really like, so I signed up. After I write it, I'll probably start lurking again. Until I get excited about another lens, which happens once in a while. I like shooting old Pentax SLRs because I grew up shooting a ME and a KM and am working on completing my M series lens collection. My current walkaround is an MX with a 40 pancake (mostly).
