I've been waiting for such a post. Finally someone mentioned about FA28 f2.8:) Yes I agree it is small and light. Too narrow, probably you are right, but I feel much more comfortable with 43 mm than with wider lenses so it is not a problem for me ( in most of cases). But in fact , don't remember where but I read about this lens as a mistake, quality below average etc. etc. As I wrote above - I am satisfied with results so can't tell anything wrong .
And for now it is my main street-lens/home-lens .
Who knows how long does it take to buy new one...

WOW! First of all I could definitely say : this forum is different. After 24 hours so many positive posts, so many information, no one complains for bad language, lack of details, stupid repetitive question etc.etc. I see most of you really wants to help. It is just nice to read it . Special thanks for Digitalis and Sandy Hancock for sending your photos :)
Of course thanks for all of You for sugestions and hints.
So after a lecture of all your opinions I have started claryfing my plans.
I see there are two options for me. It seems FA 21f4 (31mm exactly like limited 31)is the winner ... but this price :( The second choice is FA24 f2 but it is only second hand . Probably it will be difficult to find a good copy of it - most of them comes from Japan :( Have you even bought a lens without tring it before ? Only copy I found in Poland ( so I could test it before buing) costs almost 800E ... ridiculous price. Anyway , new year is coming so I have a new target . Keep finger crossed !
of course thread is still open if you have something to add you are welcome
once more thanks very much

For almost a year I am happy owner of K3 III :) Due to some $$ limitation I decided to plug into it only 16-85 walking-zoom.
Now I know it is fine and very versatile but ... it is dark and heavy. So I've start thinking about some fixed lens. Something to use every day inside and outside, in the dark and in sunny conditions. Something like 35mm or similiar. And it is a topic I would like to ask You .
My first choice was FA50 1.4 because I have it. Great lens with plenty of light but 75mm is much to much - inside is useless. I started dreaming about limited 31. 46mm is better but still could be too narrow especially in small rooms. From other hand it is limited so it would be nice to have one ;). This Christmas due to lack other options I used my old FA28 f2.8 - I read only bad things about it but I was suprised because it is compact and I have never had to set ISO higher than 6400 - nice. And in general I am satysfied about my photos taken with this lens. Of course I thought also about HD FA 21 but it is expensive. And could it be heavy ? Yesterday I found another one - FA24 f2. Damn, the first impression is very positive 36mm with light 2.0 seems to be a perfect combination. But I have never seen such lens plugged into K3 III. Will it oeork? And of course it cound be only second hand lens.
So 3 or 4 lenses .. which one would you suggest for such an amatour like me ? Maybe there are other options I missed? What about your experiences with these lenses attached to K3 III ? Every opinions/suggestions are welcome
thanks in advance

Have you already tried this card with Pentax K3 III ? Is it worth its price ? Technical data are impressive .
I wonder , only one slot accept UHS-II cards, what will happen if put this card into this slower slot ? Will it work ?

Hi all!
I have been searching for a while but I cannot find any photos from k3 III with pixel shift res.
Well, ok I have found it but all of them are 26mpx . As far as I remember in K1 it is possible to multiply resolution 4x in this way. Is it possible now in K3 III?
Regards,
K.
