Merry Christmas old friend,
Wish I knew you were in Tampa., thought you were closer to "The Mouse". We were just there Veterans Day and had a little time before and after a family cruise. Would have been nice to meet up for a lunch. I'm sure you know the best pizza place in the city.

So they give 4 guys a K1and a 645z and call them ambassadors. They would do alot more for the brand by offering straight up pro discounts.
Better yet run a contest yearly with the best 100 entrants gaining the privillage to buy gear at dealer net for that year.

This actually seems like the Pentax I've been hoping for. Small size , relatively high MP sensor (although I still think full frame is the answer), reportedly good low light / high ISO image quality , not alot of usless BS features and they put a flash back on it. .

I've been feeding my dogs Purina Dog Chow since they were pups. Recently they got sick .After a few days we took them to the vet who asked about a change in diet. When my wife told him that we have only used Purina , he asked if we had purchased it in a different place recently. Yup Walmart had it on sale. The vet said that Purina makes it's food for Walmart to a different spec. He suggested comparing the labels and sure enough the Walmart stuff was different . Went back to buying from Tractor Supply or any of the local groceries and the problem went away.
I realized a long time ago that Walmart doesn't "sell for less becuse of volume" rather the volume allows them to have items made to a cheaper spec but pet food ? Really?
Walmart is part of what is wrong with society today!

I've been curious about the low light capabillity of the K-1 (specificly for concert shots). These look realy good . What ISO, appeture & shutter speed?
