Hi all, I recently got myself a K-7 to replace my broken K10D. The shutter kicked the bucket after 15 years and 29 677 frames.
I hope the K-7 can serve me at least as long.

I always thought 300 dpi is the recommended minimum resolution for high-quality prints?

The result seems similar, just less grainy, to what I tend to get from Kodak 250D cinema film scans.

Would be interesting to have a rotating colour wheel in front of the lens to take the three images in rapid succession.

View from my walk around November 2022 (if my memory serves me right). I thought the reflection looked nice on that day.
This was a test roll for my new Pentax Program A camera. I exposed the first 24 frames of this APX 400 roll with the Spotmatic as usual, then rewound the film, loaded it into the Program A and exposed the rest with that camera. I didn't want to lose an entire roll in case there would be problems with the Program A. Luckily there weren't any. I'm so happy to have a K-mount camera again.

Excellent photo with great contrast.
It's a nice lens that works great on any Pentax camera. I've used it with K10D and Program A with favourable results.

I got my first K-mount SLR yesterday! It's nice how the F-series lens that I used to use on my DSLR works fine with this camera as well.

Couldn't find the cold weld stuff, but instead of it I used slowly curing 2-component epoxy glue to fix the broken parts.
Fixed plastic parts:
Before re-assembly:
Finished. Admittedly it's nothing like new anymore, at least it works and takes pics again.

Our photo club purchased a bulk reel of Kodak 250D cine film for loading into 35mm canisters. After taking pictures on 250D I think it's great. To me the 250D images have more grain but appear a bit sharper than Fuji C200 & Kodak Gold 200.

I have experimented with imgur.com in past and found it working pretty well. The user interface is quite confusing to me for some reason. It was surprisingly difficult to add a photo into an existing album. I guess it was designed to be a social media platform instead of a photo sharing site.

Snow and fog photo I took on Foma 200 film this winter. Developed at photography club with XTol developer (7 minutes). I exposed it at 125 ISO and the negative ended up nearly black. Spotmatic and Super-Takumar 50/1.4.
