I feel like this was accidental bokeh. There are days I'm in search for bokeh, and I grab lenses like my CZJ Biotar and Sigma Art 35 as I head out the door. This was a different day. I was off to photograph some damage to the teak toerail on my boat, and was out the door to walk down a path through the woods to our neighborhood pier. As such, I grabbed the K3II and 16-50 with no thoughts beyond getting some pics to send to a wood working buddy to strategize the best way to tackle the damage. I made it about 200 feet, and bokeh happened.

some time it is the ears that alert you to the opportunity
especially with the leaves all over the place
heard it as it jumped from the leaves on the ground to the fence top, found it, then photographed it
