I purchased 2 rechargable crv3 batteris here at Amazon;
Amazon.com: 2 NEW Lithium-Ion BATTERY & CHARGER For KODAK CR-V3 CRV3 C743 / DX4530 / DX6330 / DX6340: Camera & Photo
for $10.68 plus 2.98 shipping.
they come with a charger, and 110v AC or 12v DC connector.

I only had them for a few days. They power up the camera, and first impression is they last far longer than nimh or alkaline AA's I've tried.

Will report back again later with a better "usage" report.

i think a microstock site would be really cool. I sure don't know much about them YET. It would seem like a neat way to hone one's skill in a certain "genre".

Purchased body only.

I've seen the term "soft", but don't really know what it means. The shots were full auto, so I don't know how open it was. I will learn.

Howdy Utah2. Maybe we'll run in to each other sometime.

My understanding is the pentax dslr's are compatible with virtually every pentax lens ever made. Old screw mounts would require an adapter, but still mountable. I think that's the main benefit of the pentax system.

Obviously, the older lenses would require the users ability to manually focus, etc.

shot these two photo's downtown yesterday. They are the only two photos i could take, because i left my sd card home in the laptop slot. I had a 256meg card in my bag from my pda. After two shots, I was out of space, so I went home.

The Sigma is a pretty cool lens for outdoor stuff. I positively need to order up a 18-55, however.
