Need more room in the dry box for future acquisitions so here go some of my F series lenses:
1. SMC-F 50mm F1.7--excellent body and glass, nice copy of this excellent lens/Pentax rear & front caps/new rubber lens hood*****$200 Paypalled with USPS priority shipping.
2. SMC-F 28mm F2.8--very good body and glass, but note focus ring shows slight resistance between 1 and 1.5 ft scale, but turns freely between 1.5 ft. and infinity and does not affect manual or auto focus function/Pentax front & rear caps/new rubber lens hood*****$200 Paypalled with USPS priority shipping. SOLD
3. SMC-F 35-70mm F3.5-4.5--good body and glass/ generic rear cap & no front cap/old Sears 1A filter for protection during shipment/new rubber lens hood*****$55 Paypalled with USPS priority shipping.
Returns only if not as described and then within 3 days and at buyer's expense

So true--it's a beast on my K100DS from f4.5 or so onwards and no worries with BF/FF issues with the K-5!

This K-r (just under 4000 clicks) and DA35mm f2.4 AL lens are a brilliant combo in excellent (like-new IMO, but playing it safe) condition and have been well-cared for--always in case w/ protective filter, never dropped, sensor never touched. LCD, lens and body are free from marks, scratches, scuffs, dings, etc.--glass is pristine, fungus-free. Two trips to C.R.I.S. (cleaned, adjusted autofocus, and brand new top cover/edial under warranty) get you a thoroughly tested, well-functioning advanced entry level DSLR that takes beautiful pictures and is arguably still the best in its class. I've taken just a few pictures with it since it came back from repair to verify its functionality, and I've done everything possible to get it in the kind of shape that I would want were I the buyer. My aim is for the successful buyer to feel like he/she's opening up a brand-new purchase upon receipt of this camera. Sadly, I fell for her younger (and quieter) sister, Kay Five, during her five weeks in repair, but she's a beauty and breaking up is hard to do.
Sale includes all accessories: original front and rear lens caps, manual (pretty dog-eared), body cap, rechargeable lithium ion battery, USB cable, charger, AC charger cord, software CD-ROM and (unused) camera strap all in original packaging in a like-new box. I'd be interested in learning from Lior if aSavings in is an authorized Pentax dealer. Pentax USA lists Focus Camera, which has the same street address as aSavings (905 MacDonald Ave, Brooklyn NY), as an authorized dealer. Is there a connection between these two outfits?
