I can try, with my bad english...
The condition of the lens is "as new".
- scratches, dust, fungus : nothink, the lens is very clean (maybe 2 or 3 micro dusts but very hard to see them !);
Is AF accurate : I tested it on a Pentax Z1P, AF was accurate. But I am not a Pentax user : I used this zoom on my 35mm Lens Adapters for Camcorder (Letus35 - 35mm lens Adapters - Letus adapters for using 35mm lenses on DV camers).
I am a Leica user, and rings are inversed compared to Pentax ! I bought this Pentax for its quality and I am Happy whith it (sharpeness can be compared to my Leica lenses)! But I have now more Leica lenses, and it is hard to have lenses with 2 different systems of rings (I become schizophrenic) ! I hope that you understand me !?
Does the lens cause shadows if you use onboard flash : I can't answer.
How about the hood: is that one damaged or in new-condition : new-condition.
Is OK for your ?!
