My K-7 came from London Drugs, all the local stores have them now.
The camera person at the store mine came from is also a Pentax shooter.
I have found that London Drugs does a better job at selling Pentax than any of the other local stores.
Just recently, I stopped at a store to look at a super zoom for a gift. When I inquired about the X70 I was told not to buy a Pentax as they have run out of money and won't be around much longer.
I then went to London Drugs and they were more than happy to show me any Pentax camera. I also picked up a 360fgz flash for cheap as it was the last one in stock.

Here are some shots that were taken with my LX3 while on a trip in northern BC last fall.

A quick shot I took yesterday evening while playing with the K-7 and my new 360FGZ flash. I had just bought the flash earlier that day.
Not a great shot but it was my first ever try with a flash. I'm looking forward to using this combo for more biking shots.
I think the AF-C works well.
Hopefully I'll get some more action shots this weekend.

Here is the 42°C jpg. It isn't great and I'm a little embarrassed to post it. File-Upload.net - IMGP0599.JPG
Hopefully this link works.
To get it that hot I used live view for a bit then took 15min of video while it was sitting in the blazing sun on my car. I don't think I could ever get it that hot with normal shooting.
I'm hesitant to keep getting it so hot as I don't want to damage it.

I could only get it up to 38°C as it is cooler outside. Is that hot enough?
What iso did you want? I have 100 to 3200 in raw on a plain background.
I took a quick look at some of them and didn't notice anything.

I'll have to take one in raw, I'll try for a dark background too.

I just got mine up to 42°C and I still can't see any lines. My previous high temp was 36°C with no lines.
I'm looking for a straight green line correct?

Same here.
I have used live view and movie mode a fair bit and have no lines at 36°C that I can see.
