I've been following this website for sometime but as a yet, have not introduced myself. Well, I'm a novice photographer with a Pentax K10D that I'm pretty happy with. Still have some learning to do but have gotten by so far very well. My lens is the Pentax 18-55 and would love to have a macro lens sometime in the future. I grow miniature african plants that would show better with a different lens, but as yet have not bought one. If anyone has any suggestion I would be open to here from you. Wish I could find a mentor in my area that could help me with learning more about the camera and all it's functions. I use a Targus 52mm C-PL filter mostly to protect the lens even though I have a lens cap on it too. Glad to meet everyone here. It's an awesome site.
