I've got some good prices for the k7. Sorry can't post them here or who I work for. It's a large retailer and I'm only posting here personally, not on behalf of who I work for. But if someone involved in the group buy wants to email me I may be able to help out and can give them further details.

I'm seeing the NSW C R Kennedy sales rep on Monday. I can ask about group purchases and help in finding out prices if anyone wants me to.
I deal with C R Kennedy a lot and find them to be really helpful.

They aren't grey market and Office Works also sells the K200D with the single lens. The reason you see so many K200D kits with Sigma lenses is the price. They are much cheaper with the Sigma lenses then Pentax lenses. There are a lot of different packages you could get but the one with Sigma lenses was always the best value.
Working in retail I deal with CRK a lot. I find their service great. They are much much easier to get stock from or get problems sorted out than dealing with big comapnies like Canon or Sony.
They also won't give out any clues on any new slr's. I ask them all the time.

I'd say they aren't selling the k200d because the supplier is out of stock. I work for a retailer in Australia and we can't get any more stock of the k200d. Same with K20d twin kits.
There is no backlash against Pentax at all.
