I can assure you friend, none taken. It was a very typical EM retort, sharp, quick and on the money. :))

Thanks, EM. It was cold out there. I would be flying further south if I was a bird.😊

Actually I know this to be so. I have roughly 38 rose bushes. Growing roses, and advising people on growing roses, is one of my other hobbies.

So true, Eagle. The new pump I installed creates a stronger flow, which causes a bigger splash as it comes out of the outlet above. This, and the temps here causing evaporation, mean the water level drops quickly over just two or three days, even though it is a relatively deep bird bath (with stones and rocks for purchase to ensure birds don't drown in it!)

Thanks, Eaglem, the lights are opposite each other, one in the classic beauty spot position, the strip box lower and to the left.

No, they just get stopped quicker and more often for speeding😉. ---------- Post added 10-12-22 at 01:47 PM ---------- Jer, dedicating this selection of images of bright red cars to Tony is appropriate. Tony probably shoots more red flowers than anyone. These are some beautiful images of classic red cars. Well done.

Thanks for viewing. They do have one thing in common. They both can soar high in the sky. Kites are very agile flyers.

My great-grandfather had a 1920s Model A, my grandfather had a 1970 Cougar (Mercury, I know, but a subsidiary of Ford's), my uncle had a 1989 Mustang, and my mother had a Thunderbird. I've only owned one vehicle in my time (a 1996 Jeep Cherokee), but I have to think that I'll own a Ford at some point.
Thanks for sharing!

I take it you didn't dare asking that guy to move and you got tired of waiting for him to move, right? ;-)

Nice shot - you just have to learn to live with them, the fields here are blooming all yellow (more so than green!).

Excellent shots - except for one big thing - it's a bloody annoying wasp and not a lovely bee :(

These hydrofoil boats are something else, but like modern high-end race cars, they have little relationship to boats people like me sail (used to sail in my case). That was not always the case. I remember when the wing keel, which is great for cruising boats intended for coastal sailing in shallow water, emerged from America's Cup racing in the '80s. My beloved Cut Time had a wing keel which was perfect for the shoal waters of Galveston Bay, an innovation that didn't interfere with the boat's interior space nor my ability to go below and mix a G&T (with a lime) while beating to windward in a stiff breeze.

Without bees, we all die - simple as that. They are essential for our food supply. Other than that I love a good bee shot - nice action and lovely colours. I take many myself and love watching them go about their beezness.

Congratulations, you will be able to create many 'post covid-19' flower albums, hopefully.
