It is the pre-set Auto-Takumar 85mm f/1.8 (note the pre-cock lever on top of the lens). It is absolutely magical lens more similar in its character to the 83/1.9 than the newer 85/1.9 or the SMC 85/1.8.
Edit to add: Topher, thank you for sharing, this is interesting and rare subject!

I have been experimenting with few Leica R lenses in focal range between 35 and 90mm. I loved the 90mm Summicron-R most for the ease of focusing, its compactnes and the way its draw the images. On the other hand, the famed Summilux-R 50mm E60 is remarkable lens, but I had a lot of mis-focused captures on my working Canon 5D II body and could only exploit it in full on Leica R bodies (which I decided to sell for various reasons).
The color image of my girlfriend is lit only by screen of the notebook, the B/W variants have side light of table lamp bouncing of the wall above behind. Those have been taken with 50mm Summilux-R E60. Portrait of the guy was taken with 90mm Summicron-R.

Thank you both for kind words.
Yes, the capture was rather spontaneous as my girlfriend Eva does not like to pose. Especially not when we are in public places like this cafe.
I am adding another image, this one was taken with Auto-Takumar 85/1.8 (on Canon EOS 5D II body for convenience sake and converted to B/W with Silver Efex plugin).
