I just bought his GX100. He must have run to the post office to send it, and messaged me about the tracking. If I didn't already have a fleet of lenses I'd be buying from him again. Bomb proof packing, too. Thanks Eric.

Welcome to the best forum on the internet. I'm also in Vermont, near Middlebury. You might want to browse the marketplace here for gear. I've had good experiences with forum buys. I also use Used Photo Pro; unlike others, the photos they show are the actual piece of gear. I'm using K5 andK52 both bought used with a variety of Pentax, Sigma, and legacy glass. To follow up on this thread: I ordered a K5II that came today. Pristine and clean, no marks, no dust anywhere, OEM charger and battery.
Listed as less than 1500 clicks, ran a JPEG through the forum test to find actual is 1306.Missing hotshoe cap which was clear in the pictures on the site. The only store I know where you are actually looking at the unit you are buying.
All that and a warranty, too.
Worth checking out for sure if you can't find what you want on the forum market. Thanks again to everyone that posted their experience with Used Photo Pro.

Thanks for the input from you all. I did order from them. Very nice on the phone, have to see what shape the k5II actually is. I'm finding on my paddling trips 2 bodies with 2 lens ranges helps keep from missing shots. I already have a K5, so plenty of batteries. Again, thanks for your input.

Ben, Jim at Vt Camera works had some used Vivitars and Sunpaks last time I was there. They have a website, too. I haven't used my cowboy stuff lately but I liked it when I got it. Shoot mostly wildlife/landscape these days. I'll email you.

Welcome, Ben. Nice to see another Vermonter. Pentax in Vt is a bit sparse. I've had good experiences with Lezot in Burlington and Vt camera works in Pittsford for used EQ in good shape at good prices. The forums here are a good place to shop, too. I've bought several things from members over the years. I like older manual lenses myself.

The lens I listed is sold once the shipping is figured out. I do have paypal, I just didn't understand how to take payments. I didn't care for the gentleman above's tone in his pm's and his profile shows nothing about him. Not feeling great about my first time being slurred on the internet, I declined to sell to him. The buyer was kind enough to advise me about paypal so we could complete this deal. I've been asked if I want the above posts deleted. I think not. Let them stand. Let's just be careful how we treat each other. Hope he finds that lens somewhere else.

Sigma 10-20 F4-5.6 EXDC serial number 2104934. Bought to use for interior views formy business; maybe used it twice. My wife wants to reduce clutter, so I'm trying to cooperate with my toys. I don't know how to accept Paypal payments. It would be nice if some one could point me in the right direction with it. I've looked at the lens reviews in the forums and this lens gets high marks. It does not appear unsharp or soft to me.
I haven't taken any pictures of it. Lens, case, manual, and tiffen 77 uv filter. If your are interested I think $275 is fair for what was new a $450+lens.

No marks apparent anywhere,always had filter on. Good and sharp on my 20D. I don't know what to tell anyone about how it will work on their camera. I'd rather not ship it if you don't think you want it. Had it two years or so; don't imagine there is any warranty available.
