Hi:
My name is Curt. I have been a pentax user my whole life. I started when I was in the service purchasing my first pentax in Hong Kong in 1969. Great camera and I still have it. Life got in the way and it set in the closet for the next thirty years. I bought my second pentax in 2001 when I started getting into photography again after the kids were grown and gone. It was a great camera and got me started in shooting auto racing. I reluctantly went to digital and bought a ist D. I still use that camera and have had great success with it and have had many professional photographers surprised at the great photos that I get.
Well last weekend I got the old screw lenses out of storage and want to use them on my ist D. I see a couple of different adaptor rings available for the k mount and was wondering if anyone out there has done this and what they would recommend? I am anxious to get these 40 year old lens back in use.

Is Pentax coming out with anything new? There competition is killing them. I am a sports photographer and would like a faster fps.

Has anyone tried the wifi cards now available. I have a Pentax ist D S and would like to know if they work on this model. I know many of you think there is not much us for this. I have used wifi with a camera before and for those of us using the equipment for sports it is great. You can take a picture and have it processed right away and sell it before they leave the event.
