Beginner Flash Help

Hey guys, I am interested in starting to use an external flash. What do you guys suggest for a beginner? What are all the components I need? As for the flashes I was thinking of getting a cheap vivitar, nikon sb 24 or something along those lines. And what should I use for the transmitter? I do not want to buy pocketwizards just yet. Is there any special cables I need so that the transmitters work with the flashes? Thanks in advance :)

So I have a few photos I edited and I really like how I can give them a border and water mark in the "Slide Show" Tab. The problem I have is that I dont know how to export a single picture out of there. The only way I see is export all of the photos in a slide show folder but I dont want that. Can anyone help me out?

Wait, Rocket blower is different from those little cans with air in them? And by "blew into the camera" do you mean through the lens mount?

I was just holding my camera and I looked through the view finder and saw a tiny little dot in between the middle 2 Parentheses like things.

( . ) Thats what it looks like but just a bit more toward the center. Now I also notice a tiny little hair on the bottom right hand corner!!

how would I go about getting rid of these? I made it check for dust on sensor and the dust cleaning and it didnt get rid of them.
