If K-5 really will live up to its specifications, it's definately worth the money. I just wonder how long will I have to wait to find it on croatian market. K-7 was announced in May, and not available till October.

Well, my friend has K100D Super, I borrowed it over a weekend, fell in love with it, bought K20D and I'm not gonna part with it, although I have K-7 at my disposal now. I'm using it as secondary camera.
So my friends, who have lots of Pentax gear were the initial reason for choosing Pentax, but now, even when I had the chance of testing Caon 250, 450 and 500D, I wouldn't switch to anything else.

It seems that water bag is better and inexpensive solution, considering that you can put SLR with grip and flash regardless of size.
I think I'll go with EWA Marine U-B bag, which is compatible with Pentax K-7 too.

This is my self portrait. If it seems a bit disturbing, good, that was my intention. :)
Beside my 18-55mm kit lens and K20, I used Pentax flash (AF540 FGZ). The photo was taken by me, with remote trigger, edited in Photoshop CS5.
Disclaimer: I'm alive and kicking, and I don't have any intention of taking my life. This was just one of my "creative" experiments and I think it suits the monthly theme well. :)

I'm for months away from my first year. :) Bought it in April 2009.
I like your photos, you're talented and you have a good sense of composition and good eye. :)

But don't think about it as a squished nose... Be imaginative. Think about two girls one slowly brushing her nose against other's cheek, waiting... Hehehe. :D

For example, I would capture her (in RAW ofc) with the sun behind her head, or between head and shoulder, with fast shutter speed, then play with exposure of her face later...
Example here (but it was shot in JPEG so couldn't PP it later. That's why I mentioned RAW)
And no, that's not my girlfriend on the photo, hehehe. :D

These images are excellent!!!! You're very talented, I like the compositions, colors, postprocessing, and if someone doesn't like this he's either blind or on heavy medications. :)

I like it. If you shoot in raw, and try playing with Adjustement Brush in ACR, you could get awsome results.

All three are very nice but nr.2 is really really beautiful! I like the feeling of huuuuge landscape with the tiny woman near the lake.
