Took these at the newly reopened Lakeside Raceway with new Sigma 70-200 f2.8 HSM. Any comments or recommendations would be appreciated.

Well have finally bitten the bullet and purchased the Sigma. So will give it a work out on some fast movers over the next few weeks.

Hi all, looking to upgrade to a better lens for motorsport. Have been looking at these two lenses (sigma 70-200 hsm II) and (tamron 70-200Di ld (if) macro) and a teleconverter as well. Anyone have any recommendations regarding this. I am not after a prime lens at the moment (even though I'd love one).

Hi all, I am looking at getting a lens for sports photography, such as sigma 70-200 f2.8 DG Macro II HSM. Tried lens out at shop but autofocus failed to work. Found out the firmware had to be updated on the K10D to be able to use the HSM. Has anyone else had this issue? Any comments or info would be great.

Hi all, am new to the forum thing so I hope I get it right. Have been a Pentax (digital) user for about a year now and I love using my K10D. Used to have an old MZ50 with a 100-300mm lens which now works great on the K10D. Have had no formal training on any gear so any critiques on any shots that I'll post will be more than appreciated.
