Other than that puzzling statement, it was a glowing review I would say. One day I will have one :-)

Here is a comparison of crop vs. full frame with a 28mm lens, The "full frame" was my Ricoh KR 5 Super using Kodak BW400 film, and crop body was K110D. I'm thinking I can get by with 28MM until i can find a deal on something wider. R1-15A by Steve, on Flickr IMGP0694 by Steve, on Flickr

My first SLR was a Ricoh KR 5. As basic as it gets, but does the job. I still have it. Also picked up a KR 5 Super at Goodwill for $6 with a 50mm F2 "P" lens.

Do the recent Pentax DSLRs work better with the green button than the older ones? My K10D is horrible. If you stick to F4 you are good, any other aperture, and the exposure is well off.

It's a shame they couldn't "uncripple" the mount like Nikon does on their more advanced DSLRS. I would buy this ASAP if i could use my old "M" lenses with auto exposure. I will wait to see how well the Green Button exposure works, hopefully it is MUCH better than on my K10D.

i love that Cosmicar, it is probably the sharpest lens I own. And it is an "A" version, so works great with the camera.

Not sure, I know my father sold it to a friend of mines brother, then he sold it, after that, I have no idea, it was a 1950 International , 6 cylinder. Ran great, but wasn't very pretty, haha

Here are a few from my K110D, with Cosmicar A 28mm F2.8. I bought the camera new in February 2007, and still have it. Usually use my K10D, but still take the K110D out now and then. |
