The Mayon Volcano with its crater's soft red glow (sign of nearing lava flow/eruption), majestically lords over the countryside of Albay in the Philippines. With the moon, the star-filled night sky and the foreground stream, exudes a timeless beauty that has existed for millions of years. The bridge seamlessly blends into a harmony that man and nature can create to co exist.

try iso 1600 max, look for something to help reduce shake of your cam(lean on wall/post/chair, etc....), shoot in burst of minimum 5 consecutive shots then hope to get at least 1 sharp photo!

ahhh...many times during intense shooting (where my eyes stucked on the viewfinder) i thought i was changing the af point only to find out that i was already altering the white balance, etc... this kind of operator error does not happen to me on k20d.

seen here in kuwait. i was waiting for the sunset when all of a sudden this thick dark smoke-like thing covered the sun...

Thanks gp1806!

Go get one...FL is just right. the lens is not that fast but you don't need wide aperture when taking group shot. it's sharp wide open and fast focusing. IQ is very good!

yes, too small to see. only the strap became visible...lolz!

the photo was taken after the club's on-the-spot best animal portrait competition held last year in kuwait zoo. i'm the only pentax user in the club of more than 100 active members. so unique that even the first prize was shot by a pentax k20d with da55-300mm atttached!:D
