The Dutch angle, also known as Dutch tilt, canted angle, or oblique angle, is a type of camera shot which involves setting the camera at an angle on its roll axis so that the shot is composed with vertical lines at an angle to the side of the frame, or so that the horizon line of the shot is not parallel with the bottom of the camera frame. This produces a viewpoint akin to tilting one's head to the side. In cinematography, the Dutch angle is one of many cinematic techniques often used to portray psychological uneasiness or tension in the subject being filmed.
Tips and references: What is Dutch tilt in photography?
Photos for the Week #51 competition are to be taken between Jul 5 and Jul 11.
Rules:

Sure. The best shot that I managed to get for over four weeks since this challenge was posted. Exif says it was taken Mar 11, well out of the time frame.

Let's have this one extended up till 6 Mar. Street photography is hard, but so rewarding when everything's aligns.

After a week of going up and down straircases to no good, found these beautiful stairs on a weekend bike trip.

Counterpoint has a certain je ne sais qua; it’s one of those “I know it when I see it”
type of things that is hard to explain, and even harder to use effectively. Counterpoint
is loosely defined as an element of a scene that is set up in contrast to or relationship
with another element. For example, one element can be static and the other
motion-blurred, creating contrast between the two; contrast can also be achieved using
color, tone, or position. Or, the two elements can relate to one another, such as when
elements converge in a scene in a pleasing way. Counterpoint can be used to create
drama or tension in an image, or sometimes the exact opposite. Makes sense, right?
A powerful technique that was limited to landscapes in some previous Project52 years. Let's not limit ourselves and see if other fields may benefit from it too.

Pretty self-explanatory theme.
from Wikipedia: Slower shutter speeds are often selected to suggest the movement of an object in a still photograph. Combined with panning the camera it can achieve a motion blur for moving objects.
When slower shutter-speeds, in excess of about half a second, are used on running water, the water in the photo will have a ghostly white appearance reminiscent of fog. This effect can be used in landscape photography.

Photoshop's Content-aware Fill works miracles in just a few clicks. Patch up inconsistencies after use, or leave it as-is, whichever works better for you. Dunno if considered heavy PP, it's so easy nowadays.
Congratulations Rick!

I don't mind extension, OK.
Took my old Minolta P&S for a ride last week, fine piece of hardware, though severely outdated now. Shot with fill flash too.
