Thanks

It is pine, on mire they wont get much bigger, so it has needles ;) . But it is easy to mistake, because You cant see needles in my pic due not so great sharpnes.

Thanks for all

But I think grass is greener behind the fence. I envy many landscapes that are not here in Finland.
Monty says "Your mountains so lofty", but we don't have any mountains, highest peak just above 1km from sea level and prominence only shy over 500m. We call them as tunturi, fell in english (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fell). Our fells are "round" not any sharp and pointy. And those fells are on Lapland, norther part of Finland, here in south it is very flat.
Sure we have lots of forest and lakes and rivers :) but those are so common to me that it is hard to see beauty of them.

Update

I missed both 55-300 deals.

But I got Tamron 17-50 for 140€ and Tamron 70-300 DI LD (with aperture ring) for 56€

And with time I'll upgrade if needed... and I think I need 70-200 2.8 and something up to 400mm or 500mm

But new question, do I need Tamron 28-75 2.8 if I can get it well under 200? (symptoms of LBA?)

No one buys 50-200 DA L, there are 50-200 WR verssions so cheap.

I missed that 55-300, someone bought it before me

But there is another one on my radar

Thank You

I think I will go 55-300 + Tamron.
Sure I'm tepted for star lens, but I could get that WR with 18-135 or 16-85, 18-135 is less than 200€
20-40 is bit too expensive, I can get 18-135+55-300+Tammy for less :D but maybe later.
Macro is later on my personal roadmap, I have used extension tubes with my manua M's:

Hi!

I have 300€ to spent on lenses, should I buy SMC-DA* 16-50 2.8 or DA HD 55-300 WR and Tamron 17-50 Di II XR 2.8.

I have already Tamron 10-24, DA 18-55 II, DA L 50-200 and some manual lenses.

Is that 16-50 worth of when compared to that other duo?

I was very lucky.

Should I take it to normal maintenance service? I'm going to ask what it includes, because it is only 69 euros.

I'm amazed how fast it focus with those old screw lenses, now I have to buy some more lenses

I Got it!!

First try and autofocus didn't work, motor made noise but that was everything. What the heck!!
I'll clean contacts, changed batteries, tried different lens and lenses on K200D. No luck.
The I attached 50-200 DAL, lens with out quickshift, camera on AF I tried to turn focus ring and it was totally jammed.
I contact seller and he accepts if I have to return body and get money back.
Then I got pliers and gently tried to twist AF screw, suddenly it started to move... and now everything works like dream!
I think years in closet has done something.

OMG! It is fast!
OMG! High ISOs are clean.

And yes it came with user manual.

Quick tests at kitchen, K200D at ISO 1600 and K5II 1600 and 12800, lens was that 50-200 and f 6,7.
K5II photos first.

I'm very happy Pentaxian now!

I forgot to mention that all photos are jpeg straight out of camera, normally I shot RAW and process them in LR

Hi

More than 5 years since last post here
More than 6 years since last dslr photo on flickr
More than 10 years since last dslr bought

I'm back!

I bought brand new K200D 2008 or 2009 (too lazy to open LR on desktop computer), I took thousands photos from anything around me
For some reason hobby goes on idle mode after many active years, I'll take some family photos but hardly anything else.

Couple of months ago I'll started feeling some odd sensations near my dusty camera bag, I have to check and clean my gear. I bought old Tokina RMC 400mm 5.6 lens (20€) and some other cheap stuff, I'll took some photos and it feels so gooood... (unfortunately I have been so busy that all photos are taken on own yard)
2 weeks ago I was checking some 2nd hand website and I saw guy selling K-5 II for 340€ (about 405 USD) we started negotations, finally yesterday we made deal, 260€ (310$) for body, charger, 2 batteries and generic grip. Body is almost unused, shuttercount 2137!!
I can't wait to get it my hands...

Do You think I notice diffrence between K200D and K-5 II ?
Anyway it was time to get new body, K200Ds shuttercount is 53062 and internal battery is dead, but otherwise it has served me great throug these years.

I'll send some shots as soon as possible

Same shop sells K-3 classic body only 859.- (including 21% discount) and 18-135 kit 1449,- !!!
