Thank you but I have adjusted the date and time on my Pentax before it broke so I know how it's supposed to be done.

Hey everybody.
My K10D has been acting strangely lately.
The date is stuck on yy/mm/dd , 2051/11/12 and the time is 02:43 and I can't by any means change it. If I go to date adjust and change the date and press OK, it just goes right back to this future date.
And also if I try to check the World Time box it just freezes and a have to remove the battery to turn it off.
The guys at the shop had no idea what could be wrong. I've tried setting up the firmware again but that does nothing.
Please help! This is really frustrating. :confused:

Hi
I'm using a Sigma superzoom 18-200 but I want more quality in the wide range, so I thought the much talked about Pentax 16-50mm might be a good choice.
So I ask:
1: Will I be getting better image quality from the Pentax than the Sigma?
2: I the Pentax a good lens? I've read so many "horror stories" about bad copies :(
3: Have you tried the relatively new Sigma 10-20mm F3.5?

Hi there (Already posted this in the lens thread but then I realized that it belongs here and I don't know how to move the post so I just repost..... I'm new :o )
I want to upgrade my gear.
I'm currently using Pentax K10D and a Sigma 18-200 and the Pentax 50mm F1.4 (which I love).
I have the budget either to buy K20D and the Pentax DA 50-135 together or just the K-7 and then continue using my current lenses.
What are your thoughts.... what should I do?
