I am using the Energizer E2 lithium batteries.

I have purchased 2 different sets at different stores, same thing happens

Any other ideas?

I have a Pentax K100D that I have been shooting with for years. Last night, I put new batteries into, powered it up. The battery full symbol goes on along with the '----" and them immediately shuts down. I tried several different sets of batteries.

Any clue as to what might be going on?
