Thank you Woodworm, I'll read up about it in the Manual.I assume that if I had the correct exposure etc when taking the shot I wouldn't see the flashing on the display when reviewing images.

Hi,
I have had my Pentax K20d for a short time and recently have been aware that on playing back some images, there are areas of flashing colour, mostly Red & white with a little yellow. Have I upset something or am I just missing the obvious.

Hi,
I bought a K20D body and wish to buy a Pentax SMC DA 18-55mm f3.5-5.6 AL II Lens but the prices I see give me concern. From various places they are available from £50 to way over £100. I would be very grateful for some advice on how to select one, what's the realistic price ?. Tks

Hi, I can remove Memory card to PC and transfer Photos from K20D with no bother. However when I try to use Paint Shop Pro Photo X2 to acquire the photos, message " can't find WIA device, check with Manufacturer to see if a WIA driver is provided" shows up . I have upgraded the firmware to 1.03 and also loaded the software CD's. Can someone offer advice please.

I did the Menu bit permitting "use aperture ring" in Custom Setting and i have been able to take a few photos. The info about the image sizing is interesting and I will see how it looks now that I know what to look for. I have a Tamron 1:2.8 f=135mm and a Sigma Mini-wide1:2.8 f=28mm.

Hello all, i'm new to the forum and need some wise advice. I have never been very adventurous with my photography but decided ones never too old to learn. I purchased a K20D body hoping to use my older lenses. I fitted a Pentax 35-80mm F 1.4-5.6 and the question is, will that do for a start or should I go for something else. My main interest is in Land/sea & sky scapes. Many thanks
