Get a copy of "Layers" by Matt Kloskowski. He is closely associated with Scott Kelby. Buy a membership ($50) at Photoshopelementsuser.com for ongoing training. You'll also have access to all the back copies of the magazine. I don't think anyone knows the real power of Photoshops layer system, or everything you can do with it. Just a list of whats possible would be a start. If there is someone out there with that knowledge I wish they would write a book. Scott writes a new guide for each release of Elements and you should get the one for 6. It covers a lot of stuff.

Hi everyone,:D
I've actually been looking at this forum for 2 1/2 years and finally decided to join in and have some fun, meet new people and learn new things along the way.
It's almost winter here in Idaho and this will be another way to keep myself busy.
I bought my first camera when I was 12 and take pictures just for fun and as a record of where I've been. I've taken alot of crappy pics. Now that I've gone digital I don't have to keep them any longer, thanks to the delete button.
Every once in awhile I manage to take something I think is worth sharing and so thats why I'm here. I hope you'll like my pics and if not feel free to critique them. I'm old but trying to learn new things, so help me out.
I travel during the summer in my vintage 1974 Streamline travel trailer. It's old, but a goody. I'm going to spend the rest of my life exploring the great outdoors here in the Rocky Mountains and with any luck maybe able to meet some of you in person, and of course I hope I get to take pics worth showing .
I look at the gallery often, and really enjoy all the pics.
