Hello fellow Pentaxists!
After owning several lower-end digital cameras and generally being disappointed with picture quality, I decided to take advantage of the Pentax rebates and purchase the *ist DL kit late last year, and haven't looked back since.
Even my wife, who was skeptic about the purchase, is absolutely amazed at the picture quality. Again, being bitten by the rebate bug (and based on input from this forum, thank you!) I recently purchased the DA 50-200 lens and a Lowepro Sling 100 bag to complete my noob DSLR setup. I can't wait to try out my new 50-200 lens this week.
