what is the marketshare of Nikon 1, yet special sized sensor was fab'd... for as long as you do not stitch sensor on die with multiple exposures (like for FF or bigger) there shall be no big $ issues to procure something bigger than APS-C... Sony Semiconductor is actively looking for customers for sure to compensate losses @ nikon ( like they replaced Panasonic for new m43 cameras :( )

of course they are... there are P&S upgraders who are buying into mirrorless instead of APS-C dSLR cameras, there are people w/ bigger gear bying smaller mirrorless instead of smaller APS-C dSLR body for casual outing, there are people who are dropping APS-C dSLR altogether too... certainly APS-C is nowhere near death and will not disappear tomorrow or day after tomorrow, but suffer for sure.

well some people already have lenses, flashes, etc that were used on APS-C bodies - they just need a body and there quite some of them on a budget who will buy D600 just because they are not actually spending a cent more that the lowest cost FF body... and $2K is not thousands... it is just $2K, that's it....

Sony already has a FF Emount videocam = NEX-VG900... so no need for any hints when it is already in place... the mere fact that it is a videocamera changes nothing... it is FF and it is Emount - that is what matters...

you can get RPP ( Raw Photo Processor (RPP) ), donate whatever amount you want and get LR plugin unlocked...

granted UI is not what you expect, but it is a highly rated converter for Fuji's raws.

care to illustrate with an unresized (1:1) crop ? albeit we can't be sure that it was not on a tripod - so don't bother

suggest a metric for bokeh please - otherwise it is a matter of taste and your word is as good as a word of any C&N fanboy...

PS: it is exactly why DxO does not measure and account for a noise non uniformity - they do not have a proper metric, hence a camera/sensor w/ a lower noise might actually have banding which ultimately for you visually-wise is going to be worse than a camera/sensor w/ higher noise, but w/o banding.

except if you have PS means you have ACR by definition and you can do in ACR everything that you can in LR + more because you have PS too... ACR in PSE might be feature crippled vs PS though.

go to SLRGear and see the same picture... why simply not accept the fact that Pentax does not make the best lenses ever when it comes to something that can be actually measured in numbers.

and that was exactly the question - I hope that actual owner will see the question... of course I can wait for the hood to arrive and buy the cap then, probably I just have to buy 67mm cap, as I have 62mm anyways and 72mm seems to be bigger than image shows, plus I have one already... 67mm then is the only alternative, if it will not fit then loss is $1-2 :D... the bigger problem then is what to do, if neither 62, nor 67, nor 72 will work - probably hit some stores and really try to find a push on cap or DIY

I do not want to put a cap inside the hood in such manner, it is very easy to tilt it there and touch the front glass element... m43 Olympus 75/1.8 is way too good and not that cheap to risk that.
