Can anyone please help? My K7 stops in movie mode after about 45 sec. I was using sandisk 30mb sec 8gb Extreme but lock on sd card broke. Bought sandisk 30mb sec 32 gb ultra and problem started. See hourglass spinning and have to shut off camera and start again. Same happens with 2gb card which used to work as backup. Let me know. I planned on using movie mode tonight. Thanks.

I have not but will try. Basically the video stops after about 45 seconds and you see the hour glass spinning.

Can someone please tell me why the new Sandisk SDHC Ultra 32gb 30mbs Class 10 did not work on my K-7 in movie mode? What do I need to buy? Best Buy said that the Ultra is the same as the old Extreme (new Extreme at 45mbs). I was using a Sandisk Extreme 30mbs 8gb fine for years but the little lock slider broke (is this fixable)? Thanks.

I recently purchased a k7 and I have three questions. The first is how do you maximize the length of the video on the K7? The book and everything I have read says 25 minutes or 4gb. The max I have been able to do is four minutes but now it reads about two minutes or less. I have been using 2gb sd cards but thought it would be about 12 1/2 minutes. Will the 8gb sdhc Extreme III resolve this?
The second question is can you shoot video through the viewfinder? I have only been able to shoot from the LCD screen.
The third question is what viewfinder accessory will extend the clearance to your eye? It is hard to see all of the info and to see clearly.
