I've owned both, the Canon bag is almost twice as large, it's a two strap full backpack, and the Pentax is a single strap, sling type.
The Canon will easily hold 4 or 5 lenses, flashes, and a couple bodies, it's big enough for the teles's too. The Pentax only holds a body and a few lenses.
It's a great price from Pentax, but I ended up giving mine away as it was just too small.

I'm one of those who's built their own. I picked up a pair of quantaray "scratch and dent" full auto AF extension tubes at techforless.com for $20 each, unscrewed and tossed the glass elements, and now have 2 full auto with AF extension tubes, each about an inch long. They work great individually or stacked together.
