Just bought a NX100 with 20-50 lens and I'm very pleased initially ;)

Have just bought the 18-135 and love it !! Quiet, fast focus and lightweight ! My always on the camera lens :)
Can't cope with the 18-250 !! can't easily hand hold at 150+ and that lens creep drives me nuts !! :(

DA 18-135 DC WR and DA 55-300 covers most things ! Just bought the first of those, and already had the second, so now have DA 18-250 up for sale soon :)

Been using the Pentax s/w for a while now and apart from a glitch while moving to Win7, it's been very good. So much so that I use it all the time for my studio work.
Indeed when I upgrade from K10 it will be to K20, and NOT beyond, as I would be lost without it :D

After advice (found elsewhere) I installed the Vista version and it works fine ! Other advice suggests upgrading to SR3, if not already done.

not trying to view them ! just want xp to realise they are on my camera (or SD) so they will AUTO download into LR when asked. At the moment XP does NOT recognise PEFs as picture files (as it does JPGs). This problem must apply to NEFs and other raw files too !? :)

And the disadvantage is the size ! PEFs are a lot smaller ;)

How do I get XP to recognise PEFs as picture files ??
If I connect my k10 (or sd card) to my pc with jpg files to download, it pops up a dialogue to load into LR, but if there's ONLY pef files it offers me file explorer. Have tried to register file type within folder views, but failed so far :-(
Anyone help !?

Just reassambled my M50f1.7 and can't get it to focus properly ! It would seem I've replaced an element back to front, although I was being careful not to. :o
Can anyone help ? maybe an exploded view showing element curvatures !? Please :)

You can also cover the sensor with sticky paper circles to up the power output (more circles, more power) ;-) handy if the flash only has 1 auto mode.

The above lens has fungus and a sticking iris. Can I dismantle this from the back only, or do I need a lens spanner to get into the front ?
Any help appreciated :)

I think he means the A pin, Data pin is for lense data (mft info. etc.)
