I just moved back to Canada from living 12 years in Upstate NY. I before I left I worked at a Lowe's in Albany as, in ascending order, a Plumbing Specialist, Product Service Associate and Commercial Sales. Since moving back I am currently working part time in Plumbing (waiting for full time) at the Lowe's in Oshawa. I am also considering continuing my training to become a home inspector so I can afford a decent flash and better lenses...

Hi all. Last week I got my first dSLR. I had considered Canon's XSI and Nikon's D60 along with the K20D. Went to the local camera store, Henry's, and handled all three. The Pentax just felt more substantial, less plasticy. My first camera was a Pentax Program Plus and I loved it. So I had a soft spot for Pentax.
Just yesterday I had my first opportunity to take it outside and walked around the lakeshore of my hometown of Ajax and was really impressed with the quality of the images.
Can't wait for motor racing season to get started!
