Hi everyone,
I recently acquired some work that i will be getting paid for, am using it as a test for a some weddings next year i have planned.
My question, is there any way to use 2 x Metz 36 AF-4 from a K200D. I know of radio triggers and have been advised that the Cactus V4s are the best to use but they dont support the Metz 36, i require at least 2 possible 3 and was needed to know, i am completely new to flash

Hi there,
i am a amateur photographer that's been taking on some professional paid work and was wanting some advice for an up coming event that i have. I will be taking some images of static indoor people of the grand opening off a building.
First any ideas on angle and position to give them a little better feel to the shots.
And most importantly i will require a flash. I currently have 2 Metz 36 AF-4, and 2 stands and umbrella diffusers.
My question is how do i go about setting these flash's up for wireless on a Pentax K200D

AHHHHH yes i se, yer all of those points but more so how to go about setting the rigs up to take lighting conditions best hight for flash......many thanks

Hi to all.
I recently acquired 2 Metz 36 AF and was wanting to know if its possible to use these together with my K200D. Its for a couple of weddings i have booked and ill probably mount the flash on tripods with umbrella diffusers...........

hi, thanks for this info, to understand better what you mean, after 3 minutes the flash unit will automatically turn off?

ty ash on your warm welcome......... i will be taking your advice on board, in regards to building things up, i am new to photography and very eigar but i will do whats right and take my time and learn and test things, find out what works for me lol thanks to all for your feed back.

well firstly would like to thank you for ur help, i think i will go with a couple of af360 as the 540 is just pricy for me at the min. do you use the K200D....... was wanting know if the K20 is really alot better or sumat to look for in the coming years.......

i see, so u would get a flash from the camera, would have to put some maskin tape over the flash try to diffuse it some how......... and ill look into the Cactus set up, oh and those AF-540 are so expensive lol, maybe worth getin 2 metz-48s instead

thanks man, and yer i was lookin at gettin the metz....... but i will look into the pentax offerings, could you give some advice on the wirless triggers and how thats works with the K200D

Hi to all,
I currently made the switch from SLR to DSLR with the purchase of a Pentax K200D, i am very happy so far with my purchase.
My prob is that i am currently getting bookings to do some wedding and thought that i should purchase a flash gun which i need to wireless so i can use it as back light in some of that shots i intend, also i would like it to be quite a powerful one so it can be used from the back of halls to reach the front bout 15 meters or so
